Position Summary: The Specialist, Payments Product Commercialization supports Go-to-Market and Commercialization activities in the Product Development and Management organization. The Specialist will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of key product initiatives for TCH, particularly initiatives that support the successful market adoption of core TCH payment offerings. The ideal candidate will analyze relevant data to support business and project decision making, create and maintain effective project strategies and assist the project/program manager to drive execution against those strategies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Obtain, scrub, and analyze product volume and other relevant data to inform and support business and strategy decisions
• Create efficiencies in data analysis and presentation through automation and process improvements where possible
• Identify, manage, and report project/program milestones to ensure visibility into progress and support of enterprise-wide goals
• Create effective presentation materials for key internal and external stakeholder audiences to support project/program governance and decision making
• Communicate effectively across different departments and amongst varying levels of seniority within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to create effective product enablement content and tools
• Ascertain key variables and risks across projects/programs and proactively serve as the First Line of Defense while protecting and handling Sensitive and Confidential client information
• Support the project/program manager in daily execution activities
• Manage the capture and completion of meeting action items and follow-ups through stakeholder engagement and/or scheduling
• Support the team through planning and coordination of events, meetings, etc.
• Deliver high quality and reliable work in a fast-paced environment against quick deadlines
• Independently expand industry and product expertise while managing initiatives
Qualifications required:
• Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in payments (ACH, Wires, Instant Payments, Card) analytics position; banking background preferred
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; high proficiency in Excel; strong skills in Tableau, Power BI, Visio, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, Cap IQ, or similar products; basic coding or automation skills a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills particularly around explaining analytical results clearly and concisely
• Strong mathematical, analytic, and statistical skills and proven ability to clean and analyze large data sets in Excel
• Ability to recognize trends and provide relevant solutions
• Charting and modeling experience to augment presentation of analytical options
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications desired:
• Degree related to business, economics or involving quantitative analysis
• Experience with payment products, operations, technology, or banking
• Experience in analyzing product, volume, revenue, customer behavior, market behavior/trends, and/or modeling
• Experience project/program analysis and management
• Strong autonomy and proactive initiative with the ability to work on lean teams in fast paced environments
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The office environment at TCH is generally favorable with adequate lighting and temperature. The role is primarily office-based, with standard equipment available, though some travel may be required. Candidates are expected to work in the office three days a week, with potential for onsite work requirements to change.
