Position summary:
The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining analytical models and monitoring solutions to support the organization. This role combines data analysis with deep technical expertise to drive insights, streamline business processes, and ensure smooth operation of high-availability of financial transaction platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialist to implement and optimize monitoring tools. A key aspect of this role is the ability to architect, configure, and manage rules and alerts within the various tools; Splunk, Dynatrace, SCOM, SolarWinds.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly grasp complex tasks and provide clear rule guidance.
The individual should be proficient in analyzing data and recommending solutions to improve processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Excellent presentation skills are essential, as the individual will deliver professional and informative reports that support decision-making in modifying rules/alerts. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey actionable insights.
Physical demands and work environment:
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Employees in this position will report to the Winston-Salem, NC office 3 days per week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
