Program Analyst

Position summary:
The Program Analyst supports strategic programs in the Product Development and Management organization will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of key initiatives for TCH, including the strategy for Real Time Payments (RTP). The ideal candidate will analyze relevant data to support business and project decision making, create and maintain effective project strategies and assist the project/program manager to drive execution against those strategies.

Qualifications required:
· Minimum 3 years professional experience in analytics position; banking background preferred
· Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; basic skills in Tableau or similar product
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong mathematical, analytic, and statistical skills
· Ability to recognize trends and provide relevant solutions
· Charting and modeling experience to augment presentation of analytical options
· Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications desired:
· Degree related to business, economics or involving quantitative analysis
· Experience with payment products, operations, and technology
· Experience in analyzing product, volume, revenue, customer, market analysis and/or modeling
· Experience project-related analysis or management

Essential functions and responsibilities:
· Analyze product volume data or other relevant data to inform business and strategy decisions
· Create efficiencies in data analysis and presentation through automation, where possible
· Identify, manage and report project/program milestones to ensure visibility into progress
· Communicate effectively across different departments and amongst varying levels of seniority within the organization
· Ascertain key variables and risks across projects/programs and proactively identify solutions
· Create effective presentation materials to support project/program governance and decision making
· Manage the capture and completion of meeting action items and follow-ups through stakeholder engagement and/or scheduling
· Support the project/program manager in daily execution activities
· Support the team through planning and coordination of events, meetings, training, etc. including logistics and travel
• Independently manage minor initiatives

Physical demands and work environment: The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Travel may be required. Employees will report to the office two to three days each week.

The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. Base salary will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
